Pricing sync

This is set up with you, on dedicated hardware, for about 20 host profiles. There is no connect button in the app. Email [email protected].

   Every Airbnb price tip

   The morning run applies each nightly price tip, including tips Airbnb does not show on Apply all. Nights that already match the tip are skipped. The saved nights are stored in TurnGenius.

   Then Vrbo, 15% higher

   If that Airbnb import succeeds, Vrbo nightly rates are written at 15% above those prices. If the import does not succeed, Vrbo rates are not written that morning.

   Past nights and close-in stays

   Vrbo nights before today are left as they are. For check-in dates in the next five days, the minimum stay is one night shorter than the usual rule for that date.

   Same morning run

   Guest phones and Vrbo guest counts are Airbnb and Vrbo Sync. Pricing sync is the price step of that morning run. Email [email protected] to have it set up.
